Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development of innovative solutions, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will focus on enhancing the patient experience in dental practices by conducting customer research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing data-informed product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth customer research and interviews to identify patient and practice needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to take product features from idea to launch
• Develop clear artifacts such as PRDs and roadmaps to align leadership and partners

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B software, preferably in healthcare or digital experience platforms
• Proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes, such as improved engagement and user satisfaction
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization
• Strong skills in customer discovery and data validation
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers and executives
