Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the voice services and messaging portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will drive the vision and strategy for telecommunications services, including DIDs, Toll-Free Numbers, and International Numbering systems, while ensuring customer-centric solutions and market alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the telecommunications product suite to align with company objectives and revenue targets
• Lead the evolution of the voice services platform, focusing on capacity planning, coverage expansion, and competitive rate optimization
• Drive innovation in client numbering management solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and market differentiation

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on telecommunications products
• 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in CCaaS platforms
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and related technologies
• Comprehensive understanding of telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; technical degree preferred, MBA is a plus
