Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support transformative healthcare solutions, the fully remote Senior Product Manager will own the discovery and delivery of innovative features that enhance care transitions for seniors, collaborating closely with clinical advisors and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the product roadmap for care transition features, focusing on skilled nursing transitions
• Lead continuous discovery with clinical end-users and design rapid experiments to validate product concepts
• Manage the full sprint lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of clinically accurate and user-friendly features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or ownership experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare technology
• Deep domain knowledge in post-acute care or related fields
• Experience shipping complex, regulated software products in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and product analytics tools
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS regulatory frameworks, and interoperability standards preferred
