Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on strategic growth and product leadership, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define and drive initiatives that accelerate revenue and user retention while leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and lead discovery and roadmap planning to align with company growth targets
• Drive user research synthesis into actionable strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Own the product analytics framework and maintain product documentation standards within the product area

Required qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of product management experience, with a preference for prior senior or lead PM roles
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze data to inform product decisions
• Experience with lean product methodologies in fast-moving SaaS environments
• Strong technical, analytical, and strategic planning skills, including defining and tracking product KPIs
• BS/BA degree in Technology, Business, or equivalent; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
