Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the end-to-end wallet experience, focusing on user-friendly interactions and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligning with customer needs and company goals
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration, ensuring high-impact features are delivered
• Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement while staying informed on trends in the wallet and DeFi ecosystems

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products
• Prior experience in crypto, Web3, trading, gaming, or banking is required
• Deep technical fluency and understanding of Web3 and on-chain fundamentals
• Proven stakeholder management skills and experience navigating competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse, distributed teams
