Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Building the product function alongside the CPO, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the core platform for CCM and RPM workflows, engaging directly with skilled nursing facilities to synthesize their needs into prioritized product decisions while managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for Tapestry's core revenue-generating services: CCM, RPM, and BH
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to establish trust and processes in a workflow-heavy environment
• Engage directly with SNF customers to gather insights and inform product roadmap decisions

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in health IT, post-acute care, or a closely regulated environment
• Proven ability to navigate compliance-sensitive domains while prioritizing speed and accuracy
• Strong communication skills to bridge clinical language, business priorities, and engineering requirements
• Confidence in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and gather actionable insights
• Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure in complex environments
