Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new markets, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define and build the product surface for physician enablement, ACO offerings, and data analytics, while managing market discovery and go-to-market partnerships in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define the physician enablement platform for delivering remote chronic care management services
• Translate accountable care requirements into product features and workflows for ACO offerings
• Own the market discovery process, including customer interviews and competitive landscape analysis

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years launching a new product or entering a new market segment
• Deep familiarity with value-based care, ACO models, and physician practice operations
• Experience navigating regulatory and compliance complexities related to CMS program requirements
• Strong discovery instincts for conducting customer interviews and synthesizing information
• Commercial awareness to assess market sizing and engage with business development effectively
