Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a pioneering small business software platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage product systems that convert leads into trials and annual recurring revenue (ARR), collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize product systems that facilitate the conversion of leads to trials and customers
• Enhance the lead funnel by improving processes from qualified demand to active evaluation
• Build and refine technical infrastructure for billing, data integration, and lifecycle marketing to drive growth

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to ship impactful software solutions
• Strong product sense with a focus on high-quality outcomes
• Deep customer empathy and research skills to understand user needs
