Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage the delivery of business value through the prioritization and refinement of features within the program backlog, ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Convert epics into defined features and manage their prioritization on the program roadmap
• Lead collaboration with Product Owners to translate features into actionable stories for Agile teams
• Contribute to program planning by defining business intent and evaluating delivered business value during program increments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a lead role managing complex projects across organizations
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, particularly with the SAFe framework
• Experience in leading cross-functional transformation programs with interdependent workstreams
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to various stakeholders
