Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the patient experience in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Product Manager will analyze data to identify patient pain points, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product improvements that enhance engagement and outcomes in mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure product improvements
• Utilize data and user insights to drive measurable enhancements in user experience and engagement
• Conduct A/B tests and apply statistical techniques to evaluate results and inform product strategy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing or marketplace products
• Proven ability to leverage data and user insights for improving user experience
• Experience in running A/B tests and using statistical methods for evaluation
• Strong communication skills to articulate strategy and outcomes effectively
