Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Empowering the developer community, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on enhancing the Workday Build developer platform by collaborating with customers and internal teams to prioritize requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery of platform enhancements, and guiding product teams toward improved developer productivity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers and internal teams to understand developer requirements and prioritize value-driven features
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the product lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of enhancements
• Define and maintain a product roadmap based on user needs, technical architecture, and business objectives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or a closely related role
• 4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple technical and product teams
• Experience building or using developer tools to solve complex technical challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with AI-powered tools for product decision-making
