Job Summary

Leading the development of Keystone Partner Service Offerings, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on lifecycle management and onboarding new subscriptions while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Keystone partner service offering
• Develop and maintain a structured service catalog for partner-based as a Service offerings
• Design and implement automated onboarding processes for new partners and subscriptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of product management experience, focusing on subscription-based services
• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of the STaaS market and subscription-based business models
• Experience with AI-driven customer experience solutions is a plus
