Job Summary

Owning the product vision and strategy, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows will drive the development of operational tools for camp leadership, focusing on automating workflows and enhancing compliance while working remotely or from the Boulder, CO office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for operational workflows, driving initiatives from discovery through delivery
• Lead ongoing discovery with camp directors and staff to identify friction points and translate insights into product decisions
• Define success metrics for products and partner with engineering and design to build dependable operational tools

Required qualifications

• Meaningful experience shipping operational, workflow, or CRM B2B software
• Strong instincts for products involving safety, compliance, and sensitive data
• A track record of user engagement through discovery processes
• Technical grounding to effectively communicate with engineering teams
• Natural comfort with AI prototyping tools
