Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Passionate about digital client experiences, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the delivery of innovative e-commerce solutions and support day-to-day process management tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to create and deliver complex e-commerce programs and initiatives
• Lead digital initiatives and research projects, while managing day-to-day process tasks such as analyzing feedback and monitoring complaints
• Provide subject matter expertise across consumer, wealth, investments, and retirement solutions to drive digital adoption and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business/Systems Analyst, or Project Manager
• 5+ years of web or mobile e-commerce design experience with a strong understanding of design principles
• 5+ years of experience in financial services
• Strong project management experience delivering large and complex projects
• BS or BA degree required
