Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead customer discovery, define product requirements, and maintain a product roadmap for Lucina's maternal health platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured customer discovery to identify unmet needs and usability gaps in collaboration with health plan clients
• Translate customer insights into functional requirements and maintain the product backlog in partnership with engineering and data analytics teams
• Shape and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and facilitating cross-functional execution

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience in complex B2B environments
• Experience building analytics or population health products with a focus on delivering insights
• Familiarity with value-based care and the payer landscape, including understanding ROI challenges
• Proven ability to establish product practices in early-stage or growth-stage companies
• Comfort working in dynamic environments where product frameworks are still being developed
