Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product integration initiatives, the remote Senior Product Manager will design and execute platform roadmaps, manage end-to-end product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Renaissance's educational technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a platform roadmap addressing customer needs through data from Renaissance's educational assets
• Lead the software development lifecycle from discovery to launch, translating goals into tactical integration plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on data-driven initiatives supporting company strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Operations, Marketing, or equivalent; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product strategy and lifecycle management with demonstrated success
• Proven ability to prioritize work, manage tradeoffs, and deliver projects on time and on budget
• Experience working with product managers and engineering leaders to translate product vision into technical requirements
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
