Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Dash Lead Management experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap, drive discovery and execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead management and AI-powered agent capabilities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Dash Lead Management, ensuring a cohesive experience for clients managing leads
• Lead product discovery and define requirements by gathering inputs from customers and stakeholders, transforming them into actionable product briefs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define positioning and launch plans for new lead-management capabilities and AI agents

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management experience with complex, customer-facing SaaS products
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered agents or automation in enterprise products
• Strong background in advertising or marketing technology, with knowledge of lead generation and management concepts
• Experience working with CRM or lead-management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead product discovery, define requirements, and drive product definition in ambiguous spaces
