Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading backend product direction for My HealtheVet, the fully remote Senior Product Manager will own product strategy, prioritize initiatives across multiple teams, and drive product discovery to enhance the Veteran-facing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own backend product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across Platform, Access, and Security teams
• Drive product discovery through stakeholder engagement and technical exploration to ensure relevant problems are addressed
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and represent teams in program standups and sprint showcases

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of product management experience, particularly with backend, platform, or API-driven products
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and experience managing program-level rituals
• Experience defining and tracking data-driven product KPIs for informed decision-making
• Track record of collaborating with engineering on platform decisions and security hardening
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
