Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and strategy for the internal data lake, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define and prioritize the roadmap, ensuring data governance and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the multi-year data lake product strategy and roadmap, aligning business needs with platform reliability and new integrations
• Serve as the primary contact for data consumers, facilitating alignment sessions and managing stakeholder expectations across various departments
• Establish and enforce governance strategies on BigQuery, including data classification, access control, and retention policies

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on data platforms or analytics products
• Strong understanding of modern data stack concepts, including data lakes, ELT pipelines, and governance frameworks
• Hands-on familiarity with Google BigQuery
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments at senior levels
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and familiarity with ML platform concepts is a plus
