Job Summary

Driving product innovation for Toast Now, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance mobile engagement for restaurant managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Toast Now, focusing on mobile engagement for restaurant managers
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to conceptualize, prototype, and iterate on product features
• Research customer needs and define success metrics to drive measurable improvements in product value

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably with mobile product experience
• Strong analytical skills with a history of data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities across engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Ability to operate autonomously and influence cross-functional decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a capability to navigate ambiguity and execute vision
