Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To build Ting Data Products into a scaled product line, the remote Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, customer relationships, and product development, focusing on data integration and API design for utility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for Ting Data Products in collaboration with company leadership
• Act as the in-house expert on grid data needs, conducting discovery and translating insights into the product roadmap
• Define and deliver a focused set of data products, including APIs and dashboards, ensuring high-quality customer experiences

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, primarily in B2B
• 3+ years of experience building data products, APIs, or real-time feeds
• Strong understanding of data consumption needs for third-party data products
• Engineering background preferred, with the ability to engage in technical discussions
• Experience in a growth-stage startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work
