Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of product managers, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will drive strategic vision and execution for Downballot and Trust initiatives, while also managing day-to-day product management tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and coach product managers to implement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design organizational structures and support recruitment efforts
• Define product KPIs and evaluate initiatives through data analysis and user research

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a product manager, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing complex product initiatives
• Experience working with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams to create and ship complex products
• Strong background in user behavior analysis, including qualitative and quantitative insights
• Proven ability to mentor and develop product managers and build cohesive teams
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices in product development
