Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of industrial software products, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own product strategy, manage customer engagement, and drive agile execution to deliver meaningful solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to define product vision and develop product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market trends
• Translate high-level product strategy into actionable requirements and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles within enterprise SaaS or industrial technology environments
• Experience in owning product strategy and roadmap development for customer-facing initiatives
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading agile ceremonies
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in metrics-driven decision-making
