Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the core learner platform experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the development and enhancement of the platform for college CS students, alumni, and working engineers, utilizing an AI-first approach to improve learning, retention, and engagement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized roadmap for the learner platform
• Collaborate with Curriculum and Learning teams to ensure the platform supports effective live delivery and asynchronous engagement
• Define metrics to measure learning rate, retention, and engagement, and design experiments to validate key initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience scaling a live product while enhancing quality and user engagement
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development workflows
• Proven track record of designing engagement and retention strategies that drive measurable outcomes
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and structure complex problems for execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and interpret key metrics effectively
