Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the roadmap for consumer-facing and subscription products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely to deliver user-friendly genomic experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer satisfaction and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end consumer product roadmap in Jira, ensuring features and enhancements are prioritized and progressing
• Lead cross-functional discovery focused on consumer needs, transforming insights into clear product plans and hypotheses
• Define and track success metrics for consumer features, ensuring alignment with user engagement and satisfaction goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing SaaS, health tech, or eCommerce
• Strong skills in documentation and organizational systems for complex consumer journeys
• Experience with agile workflows and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work autonomously in startup environments, translating ambiguous problems into actionable plans
• Comfort in technical discussions with engineering and bioinformatics teams
