Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To optimize prescription fulfillment operations, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product strategy and collaborate with pharmacy teams and fulfillment partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for prescription fulfillment processes and products
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements
• Continuously iterate on product features to improve operational efficiency and meet key performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience, particularly with operational platforms or complex systems
• Strong track record in driving operations platforms and managing complex systems
• Ability to balance high-level business strategy with detailed product execution
• Data-driven approach, utilizing metrics and research for product decisions
• Technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs and collaborate with technical teams
