Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven FinTech platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will define and execute a donor-centric product strategy, lead the product lifecycle for donor-facing features, and conduct user research to enhance giving experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build a donor-centric roadmap focused on acquisition, conversion, engagement, and lifetime value
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Conduct user research and market analysis to understand donor motivations and refine the giving experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with a focus on consumer-facing products, preferably in tech-enabled platforms or mission-driven services
• Proven experience leading an app with strong daily active user engagement
• Deep understanding of Muslim donor motivations and the ability to translate insights into product experiences
• Familiarity with leveraging AI for product development and effectiveness
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams
