Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of Clever's core communications systems, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage backend operations related to calls, texts, and workflows while collaborating with engineering teams to define requirements and improve system reliability in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own backend and operational systems that support Clever's growth
• Partner with senior engineers to define requirements for APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality and system reliability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex systems or technical products
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and backend systems
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of workflow connections
• Experience in transforming manual processes into scalable systems
• Familiarity with telecom/contact center systems or partner integrations
