Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing user experiences, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own product surfaces and workflows for consumers and internal teams, advocating for user needs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product experiences that connect design and product decisions to real user needs and outcomes
• Map user journeys to identify experience breakdowns and advocate for the end user in prioritization and roadmap decisions
• Partner with designers and engineers to define requirements and ship clear, reliable, and trustworthy experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of shipping user-facing products
• Deep consumer empathy and the ability to articulate user needs
• Experience owning the full product loop from discovery to iteration based on user feedback
• Ability to understand user journeys and underlying systems
• Experience reducing friction for internal users through tooling and workflow design
