Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Dash Lead Management experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the execution of AI-powered lead management solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Dash Lead Management, ensuring cohesive integration with Dash reporting
• Lead product discovery, defining requirements and translating them into actionable plans for engineering and design teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define positioning and launch plans for new lead-management capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management experience in customer-facing SaaS products
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered agents or automation in enterprise products
• Strong background in advertising or marketing technology, particularly in lead generation and management
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and define requirements in ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience working closely with design on high-usage web applications
