Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product innovation for nonprofit solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own customer outcomes, develop deep insights into nonprofit personas, and leverage modern AI tools to create prototypes and deliver impactful products in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own outcomes for a customer persona by translating insights into product strategy and measurable results
• Build direct relationships with customers to understand their workflows and identify key problems worth solving
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with solutions, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to market

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology products
• Proven track record of owning product outcomes and delivering business impact
• Experience creating prototypes and conducting experiments to test ideas
• Strong familiarity with modern AI tools and their application in product development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
