Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for the Government Experience Insights (GXI) product suite, the full-time remote Senior Principal Product Manager will define customer value, drive product-led growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance government services and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level business outcomes, including revenue growth, retention, and platform adoption
• Develop a deep understanding of government customers' needs and translate insights into a focused product roadmap
• Drive alignment among senior leaders and communicate roadmap and strategy to executive audiences

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or Government Technology, preferably in product management
• Strong customer orientation with a track record of using customer discovery to shape product strategy
• Experience defining product-led growth, packaging, pricing, and monetization strategies
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering and data teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead executive conversations and customer discussions
