Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an AI-forward Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap and lifecycle for a remote, full-time position, focusing on integrating AI into the core ERP and Distru Commerce, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, maintaining clear communication of timelines and tradeoffs
• Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning and stakeholder communication, determining when AI should automate tasks
• Collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure product alignment and direction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tech product management with a proven track record of shipping complex features
• Demonstrated fluency in AI, including tool, workflow, and product fluency
• Hands-on experience with product management tools like Jira or Notion
• Technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation and write specifications for engineers
• Strong prioritization instincts and clear communication skills, particularly in written artifacts like PRDs
