Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving enhancements in digital and high-touch member experiences, the full-time Senior Product Manager will optimize member touchpoints, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage the product roadmap in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the member experience product roadmap and align priorities with product leadership and partners
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that enhance engagement and satisfaction
• Define product metrics and conduct research to identify opportunities for improving the member experience

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience in healthcare for consumer or B2B2C digital experiences
• Experience with product, design, and project management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Figma
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
• Ability to balance stakeholder needs with business goals and prioritize effectively
