Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As the Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability, this fully remote position will define the product vision and strategy for Grafana Cloud's infrastructure suite, focusing on Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Transform user feedback into a clear product vision and roadmap
• Conduct customer discovery to gather user needs and pain points
• Collaborate with product marketing to enable go-to-market strategies and create supporting documentation

Required qualifications

• A BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
• Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, and distributed systems concepts
