Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To advance leadership in Database Change Governance, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will define and own the roadmap for ecosystem integrations, deployment connectors, policy content, compliance, security, and risk evaluation capabilities while engaging with enterprise customers to understand their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for ecosystem integrations and compliance capabilities
• Translate strategic direction into measurable product outcomes and market positioning
• Engage with stakeholders to understand pain points and turn strategy into clear product requirements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software products
• Proven track record of owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, particularly in regulated environments
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or data platform products
• Ability to translate complex technical and compliance requirements into product capabilities
