Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Lead Product Manager, Growth will enhance cash flow management for small and midsize businesses by developing financial products and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution for credit application and card merchandising experiences
• Develop cash visibility and forecasting features to help SMBs understand and act on their financial position
• Lead ongoing discovery of new products and partnerships to expand customer access to capital

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience with consumer or SMB financial products
• Hands-on experience with credit, card, or lending products
• Strong product sense and data fluency to define success metrics
• A bias toward action and comfort in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and influence skills with cross-functional partners
