Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and strategy for Issue Management and Exception Management, the full-time Senior Product Manager will build core compliance workflows and AI-powered solutions to enhance enterprise customer experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for Issue and Exception Management, ensuring competitive differentiation and driving enterprise GRC deals
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop exception management capabilities that meet enterprise needs and unlock new business opportunities
• Lead the development of AI-driven workflows that proactively identify compliance risks and streamline issue management processes

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with enterprise customers
• Demonstrated experience in building AI-powered features and understanding their strategic application
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working with sales or solutions engineering teams
• Proven ability to develop products from the ground up in greenfield environments
• Structured thinking and prioritization skills, with a focus on balancing strategy and execution
