Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop roadmaps while working remotely or from the San Francisco office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle and partner with business and engineering teams to deploy new products and features
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into product requirements and user stories
• Develop and maintain product documentation, ensuring it is current and accessible to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roles in a FinTech environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize product use data effectively
• Experience in the solar or clean energy industry
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
