Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of human-centered digital services for government agencies, the fully remote Senior Product Manager will manage the end-to-end success of digital products, translating product vision into prioritized deliverables and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with project teams and clients, guiding evidence-based product decisions
• Collaborate with agile teams to capture and translate user needs into actionable deliverables
• Facilitate client meetings to gather feedback and drive consensus on product priorities and features

Required qualifications:

• Must pass a federal background check
• Nine (9) years of experience in roadmapping and shipping successful digital products in an agile environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of four (4) additional years of digital services experience
• Certification in Product Management with a focus on IT, Agile, or similar
• Experience managing communications and expectations between high-performing teams and multiple client stakeholders
