Job Summary

As a senior product leader and strategist, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will define and advance the wholesale infrastructure portfolio, focusing on optical and fiber-based services while engaging with strategic customers to shape product strategy and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the product visionary for wholesale infrastructure services, shaping portfolio direction across various fiber constructs
• Lead customer engagement to understand network strategies and long-term infrastructure needs
• Identify market trends and convert insights into recommendations for new products and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; advanced business or technical education preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management or infrastructure solution leadership within telecommunications or optical networking
• Deep expertise in optical and fiber-based infrastructure services and the ability to engage senior customer stakeholders
