Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead initiatives across the AgTech SaaS platform, focusing on grower workflows, data integration, and partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Conduct customer discovery to understand operational workflows and identify opportunities for product improvement
• Lead product development from discovery through delivery, collaborating with engineering and design teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Agriculture, or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data platforms and SaaS analytics
• Strong technical fluency in data pipelines and cloud systems
• Experience in IoT, geospatial, machine learning, or AgTech preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
