Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Expanding its SMB Product team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own product vision and execution for Candidate Delivery products or Proactive Sourcing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employer outcomes and drive business growth in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for product domain, including KPI setting and daily execution
• Direct the product roadmap to improve customer value and product effectiveness
• Serve as the voice of the SMB customer, conducting user research and product discovery

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven success in product management with a record of delivering results
• Deep experience in building business-facing products at scale
• Understanding of AI and Machine Learning to leverage for user problem-solving
• Passion for conducting user research and engaging with customers directly
• Ability to tackle complex problems with strategic versatility
