Job Summary

Driving social impact initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead product strategies to enhance homeownership accessibility and buyer readiness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive social impact product strategy across the company, identifying opportunities to improve homeownership accessibility
• Own the buyer readiness roadmap, developing products that help users understand affordability gaps and discover assistance programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven guidance experiences that support users in improving their financial positions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching impactful products
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across multiple organizations
• Demonstrated excellence in written communication and the ability to influence senior leadership
• Familiarity with housing policy, community development, or social impact initiatives
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance product workflows
