Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the commerce experience for clients and businesses, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely, collaborating with engineering and design teams to improve transactional processes and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for commerce experiences, ensuring seamless transactions from checkout to financial reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into user-friendly product decisions
• Utilize data and customer insights to measure and enhance product experiences continually

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Proven track record of owning consumer-facing flows and experiences throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Strong partnership with design teams to maintain high-quality user experiences
• Experience navigating ambiguity and focusing on impactful outcomes for users and the business
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive projects forward
