Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a systems-minded Senior Product Manager in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage the core connective experiences of the Turquoise platform, including onboarding, preferences, notifications, and reporting, to ensure a seamless user experience across all product features.

Key responsibilities

• Own the platform's core surfaces end-to-end, from strategy through iteration, including onboarding, permissions, and reporting
• Champion the end-to-end user experience by mapping user flows and shaping cohesive interactions across all surfaces
• Leverage data and analytics to establish direction, define success metrics, and guide future iterations of the product

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, focusing on user-facing platform or growth products
• Deep expertise in managing connective experiences such as onboarding, lifecycle notifications, and permissions
• Exceptional systems thinking ability, with a focus on dependencies, edge cases, and architectural constraints
• Experience utilizing modern AI tools for rapid prototyping and concept validation
• Strong alignment with the mission of reducing complexity in healthcare
