Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product roadmap in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Product Manager will own product strategy, collaborate with customers to enhance workflows, and partner with engineering to deliver AI-driven labor intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, translating the product vision into measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with customers to identify operational pain points and design intuitive workflows that build trust in AI-assisted experiences
• Work closely with engineering and AI leadership to ensure successful delivery of AI-driven recommendations and labor intelligence features

Required qualifications

• 6-7+ years of product management experience, particularly in seed/Series A startups
• Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and shaping strategy in collaboration with founders or CEOs
• Experience in translating AI/ML and data insights into user-friendly workflows
• Ability to design AI co-piloting experiences that emphasize explainability and user trust
• Strong product judgment and the capability to represent the product credibly to customers and partners
