Job Summary

Driving core product features for enterprise customers, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage user onboarding, account growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and outcomes of product features to support enterprise clients
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams in a triad-based model to solve complex technical challenges
• Build relationships across departments to facilitate impactful technical discussions and advocate for user needs

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management, particularly with technical SaaS products
• Strong background in observability technology, including tracing, metrics, and analytics software
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in product development processes
