Job Summary

Driving product outcomes in a remote setting, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the development of platform capabilities, prioritize stakeholder needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the work across ingest, querying, data retrieval, and storage to facilitate better product delivery
• Prioritize scalable and maintainable capabilities aligned with long-term strategic visions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams while advocating for user needs and facilitating technical conversations

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management, particularly in technical SaaS or observability tools
• Strong understanding of the developer experience and related platform fundamentals
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Background in data-driven decision-making and systems thinking
• Familiarity with tracing, metrics, monitoring, or analytics software
