Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product for a developer-infrastructure platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the alerting experience, application performance monitoring, and onboarding processes while working remotely to enhance observability workflows for engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end alerting experience, focusing on rule creation, thresholds, and notifications to reduce alert fatigue
• Shape the application performance monitoring experience by defining service maps and workflows that facilitate quick root cause analysis
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure users achieve first insights quickly, while accommodating advanced users who prefer minimal guidance

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience with a proven record of shipping products in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated ability to build user-experience-led products with a focus on detail and high standards
• Strong technical fluency with the capability to understand API documentation and engage with senior engineers
• Experience driving product initiatives from problem discovery through to implementation and iteration
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear PRDs and documenting decisions for asynchronous teams
